In a world where men can be turned into rubber animal-drones, a father and his son look for work at a ranch for converting prisoners into such slaves. However, the job they are given is different from the one advertised and they are both illegally turned into rubber animal-drones so the Ranch can meet its quota. With no way of being turned back, the two have no choice but to adjust to their new lives and try and help each other through it—as there is no guarantee they'll be sold together.
